Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items back into the original Lucchese box and include all original tags and documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping container.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
